Key Responsibilities- Resource Management: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to effectively implement organizational policies and programs.
- Departmental Leadership: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions.
- Coordination: Co-ordinate the work of various regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Financial Oversight: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and oversee overall human resources planning.
- Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve relevant policies and programs.
- Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization in official functions.
- Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegating necessary authority and creating optimal working conditions.
Responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.
Work EnvironmentAttention to detail is essential, and the role involves managing a large workload.
Qualifications- Experience: 1 to less than 2 years in a relevant field.
