Position Overview

The Vice President of Finance and Administration plays a crucial role in steering the financial and operational strategies of Mr. Lawnmower Landscaping Services Ltd. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the allocation of resources and ensuring the effective implementation of organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Management: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to effectively implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Departmental Leadership: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions.
  • Coordination: Co-ordinate the work of various regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Financial Oversight: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and oversee overall human resources planning.
  • Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve relevant policies and programs.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization in official functions.
  • Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegating necessary authority and creating optimal working conditions.
Supervision

Responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.

Work Environment

Qualifications
