Job Title: Occupational Therapist-Pediatric Experience

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at Rehab First Inc. in London, ON. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work with children of all ages, providing expert care and support to help them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify children's strengths and needs
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to promote physical, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Provide therapy sessions in our clinic, community, and home settings
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to develop strategies for inclusive education
  • Work with children with a range of disabilities, including Autism, Traumatic Brain Injury, Down Syndrome, and Cerebral Palsy
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current registration with COTO
  • Experience working with pediatric populations
  • Valid CPR certification
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
  • Completion of a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check within the last six months
