Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the games room and surrounding areas.
- Operate and maintain amusement equipment, including redemption counters and games.
- Process transactions and handle customer payments in a secure and efficient manner.

- Assist with inventory management and restocking of games and merchandise.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
