About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at Axelon Services Corporation. As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing strategic learning programs that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior IT managers and other key stakeholders to develop and implement global People Development Tech Skills Training solutions.
  • Drive the development of learning programs end-to-end, including needs identification, assessment, curriculum design, development, and delivery.
  • Optimize delivery methods, including the use of eLearning vendors and creating learning paths suited to the needs of technologists.
  • Assist in the smooth, effective, and efficient execution of training programs, and related internal and stakeholder reporting and engagement.
  • Create and maintain sites related to training and development programs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technology training design, development, and delivery experience.
  • 3+ years in financial services and/or data-driven process organizations.
  • Demonstrable integrity, grit, flexibility, fortitude, positivity, judgment, and compassion.
  • Experience with learning management systems and learning experience platforms.
  • Comfortable working with team members, stakeholders, and clients across different regions.

Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Collaboration skills and excellence orientation.
  • Familiarity and high interest in emerging technologies.
  • Experience with eLearning authoring tools.
  • Ability to work well in an agile team environment and build and maintain a network of contacts.
