We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at KFC/Taco Bell/Pizza Hut. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities- Establish effective methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless operations.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of quality and safety.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
As a Shift Manager, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
