About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team at KFC. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff members and ensuring that our high standards of customer service and food quality are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Supervise and train staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
    • Provide guidance and support to staff members to help them resolve customer complaints and concerns.
  • Operational Management
    • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs.
    • Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service and that their complaints and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Work Environment

As a Shift Supervisor at KFC, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
