Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule events, programs, and activities, as well as coordinate with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operation.
  • Supervision and Leadership: Supervise the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery, and provide technical advice and guidance to team members.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit progress reports, and communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
  • Materials and Supplies: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support team operations.
  • Quality and Productivity: Monitor quality and production levels, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
