Job Summary

FORTRESS SECURITY INC is seeking a skilled Security Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our security team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate security events, programs, and activities
  • Manage the scheduling of security personnel and ensure adequate coverage
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair work to ensure the smooth operation of security equipment and facilities
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Monitor quality and production levels to ensure compliance with security standards
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to management
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security-related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek. The work language is English.
