Security Supervisor

FORTRESS SECURITY INC is seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule Events and Programs: Coordinate and schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
- Work Scheduling: Schedule work for our team members to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be completed in a timely manner.
- Client Support: Assist clients with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordination: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
- Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels to ensure that our standards are met.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit progress and other reports as required.
- Supply Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Mechanical Equipment: Supervise the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery.
Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Permanent employment.
- English as the primary language of work.
- 35 hours per week.
