Position Summary:
As an integral leader within Loblaw Pharmacy, you will spearhead a team of Pharmacy Directors across Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Northern Ontario, ensuring outstanding patient care while driving the operational success of our pharmacies. Your leadership will be pivotal in enhancing the pharmacy patient experience and shaping the future of healthcare delivery.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage the financial performance of pharmacies, including accountability for profit and loss
- Develop and implement recruitment and talent development initiatives
- Ensure operational excellence through continuous improvement practices
- Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams and maintain robust professional relationships
- Assess the competitive landscape and ensure adherence to regulatory standards
Required Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of leadership experience in a management capacity
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; an MBA is advantageous
- Strong business insight and familiarity with retail pharmacy operations
- Demonstrated success in leading transformative initiatives and achieving measurable outcomes
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Willingness to travel as needed
