Key Responsibilities:


• Manage the day-to-day operations of the property, including cleaning, maintenance, and minor repairs;
• Provide first-line problem-solving and conflict resolution to residents;
• Coordinate and supervise onsite tradespeople;
• Respond to emergencies and on-call duties;
• Enforce property rules and regulations;
• Host resident events and activities;
• Participate in shared on-call responsibilities.

Requirements:


• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, and/or customer service;
• Strong communication and time management skills;
• Previous experience in the Property Management industry;
• Ability to work well in a team environment with minimal supervision.
