Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Inspect facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
- Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repair work, and equipment replacement
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service
- 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the cleaning or facilities management industry
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
