Job Title: Fabricator Apprentice (TIG)

Tri-Mach Group Inc. is a leading provider of sanitary stainless steel solutions, specializing in custom equipment and services for the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries. We are seeking a skilled Fabricator Apprentice (TIG) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Use TIG welding to fabricate custom projects
  • Fitting together metal pieces according to blueprints and schematics
  • Operate brake press, shear, saw, and ironworker to fabricate pieces
  • Grind, polish, and finish welds
  • Assist with various shop projects, including shop maintenance
  • Fabricate various jobs/projects
  • Read and understand schematics and blueprints
  • Conduct quality control checks
  • Work closely with designers & engineers & product development
  • Accurate and timely completion of all daily paperwork
Requirements:
  • Completion of High School or equivalent
  • Previous 1-3 years of fabrication experience
  • Stainless Steel TIG welding experience is essential
  • Get it done attitude and skilled at removing barriers
  • Team spirit, not with ego; want everyone, including yourself, to do their best work
  • Ability to think beyond the needs of the customer to point out errors and potential issues
  • Adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions, cope effectively with complexity and change
