Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to work with heavy machinery, ensuring proper installation and maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for upholding the company's image and brand at customer facilities, demonstrating a professional demeanor and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance of existing installations and infrastructure
  • Improvement of mechanical systems
  • Fabrication of items as needed
  • Troubleshooting and resolving production equipment breakdowns
  • New equipment installations and commissioning
  • Continuous improvement, equipment modifications, and retrofitting
  • Record-keeping and work tracking
  • Scheduled preventive maintenance tasks
  • Predictive maintenance planning
  • Safe work practices and health and safety policies
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing Millwright License or aspiring to
  • Millwright experience/schooling considered a strong asset
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Follow all safety rules
  • Wear Personal Protection (Hard hats, steel-toed boots, safety glasses, harnesses, etc.)
  • Use proper/safe procedures when operating equipment
  • Fill out time sheets properly
  • Get it done attitude and skilled at removing barriers
  • Team spirit and ability to think beyond customer needs
  • Adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions
  • Clear communication in both oral and written form
