Key Responsibilities:

As a skilled Millwright Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment, adhering to manufacturer specifications.

You will troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and automation issues to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted operations.

Install, dismantle, repair, and reassemble machinery and equipment as required to maintain optimal functionality.

Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize production processes and implement enhancements.

Maintain meticulous records of maintenance activities, parts usage, and completed repairs.

Conduct preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks with precision and timeliness.

Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), 5S, and quality standards.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a licensed Millwright in the CPG or food industry.
  • High school diploma.
  • Solid understanding of automation systems, electronics, and mechanical principles.
  • Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and management.
