Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team at Plasman Windsor Molding Group. As a Millwright, you will be responsible for performing maintenance functions and assisting fellow maintenance technicians to ensure the smooth operation of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively complete maintenance work, including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and general repair and maintenance of all equipment to maintain quality and production levels.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and miscellaneous downtime issues to minimize production losses.
  • Perform preventative maintenance of equipment within manufacturers' specifications to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with maintenance technicians to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Minimum of three years' experience in an industrial maintenance environment.
  • Preference given to candidates with experience working in a plastic injection molding environment and knowledge in PLC (OMRON/AB), Robotics (Fanuc, Nachi, Kuka), electrical, mechanical, and hydraulics.
  • Ability to work 3 shifts: days, afternoons, and midnights.
