About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Systems Developer to join our team at Rish Consulting. As a key member of our data management team, you will be responsible for designing and developing databases, operating database management systems to analyze data, and leading and coordinating teams of data administrators in the development and implementation of data policies, standards, and models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Database Design and Development
    • Design and develop databases to meet the needs of our clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Database Management
    • Operate database management systems to analyze data and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and coordinate teams of data administrators in the development and implementation of data policies, standards, and models.
  • Communication
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide solutions.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in database design and development, database management, or a related field.
  • Language
    • English language proficiency.
  • Work Arrangement
    • Permanent full-time position.
  • Work Hours
    • 37.5 hours per week.
