Job Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret plans, bids, and contract documents
- Participate in project cost estimation and bid preparation
- Request prices from suppliers as needed
- Communicate and negotiate with contractors
- Design and implement signaling plans
- Oversee project implementation, execution, and closure
- Conduct site visits
- Prepare project performance reports (budget, cost, schedule, scope, risks, and issues)
- Process client invoices
- Ensure client satisfaction and manage complaints
- Act as a resource person for various stakeholders and services related to projects
- Participate in business development and prospecting for new contracts
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in signaling
- Project management experience (an asset)
- Knowledge of Tome V (an asset)
- Ability to read and interpret plans
- Professional communication skills, tact, and diplomacy
- Ability to adapt and work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
