Actuarial Partner

We are seeking a seasoned actuarial professional to join our team as an Associate Actuarial Partner. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and providing strategic actuarial expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities with existing and new clients, positioning TELUS Health as a leader in the market.
- Strategic Consulting: Provide strategic consulting services to clients, helping them design and manage retirement plans, assess plan funding and risk, and navigate regulatory compliance requirements.
- Team Leadership: Lead team engagement, providing mentorship, guidance, and technical expertise to team members, fostering their professional development.
- 10+ years of experience in pension plan consulting.
- Professional actuarial designation such as FCIA, ASA, or FSA.
- Strong client relationship management skills, up to C-suite level.
- Solid understanding of actuarial principles, financial markets, and industry developments and emerging trends.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities, drive revenue growth, and meet budget and profitability targets.
- Proven leadership and mentorship skills, ensuring high-quality deliverables while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
