Business Associate Role

As a Business Associate, you will be responsible for seeking new business opportunities by establishing and expanding relationships with current and prospective decision-makers. You will stay up-to-date with new products, services, pricing, and sales promotions by attending daily meetings and training courses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with new products, services, pricing, and sales promotions to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Client Management: Manage client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a business development, sales, or account management role.
  • Driven self-motivated individual with a hunter mentality who is capable of working independently to exceed sales objectives.
  • Experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail in all task completions.
