Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at MVM MEDIA GROUP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Client Focus: Greet clients and visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
