Job Summary:

Fastenal is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Support Representative to join our team. As a Sales Support Representative, you will play a key role in assisting our customers with their sales and customer service needs. This is an entry-level position that will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with sales and customer service
• Manage inventory and perform deliveries with a company vehicle
• Place and fulfill orders
• Receive and ship inventory
• Perform various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Possess a current full G valid driver's license and meet our driving record requirements
• 18 years of age or older
• Possess or be working towards a degree in Business/Marketing or have related industry experience and knowledge of the local market
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail, and sense of urgency
• Exhibit strong aptitude for sales and a desire to sell
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service-oriented
• Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork
