Medtronic is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our team. As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for expanding the sales of Medtronic products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders, including distributors and healthcare professionals.
- Pursue leads, assess customer needs, and provide product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.
- Conduct market research, including customer and competitor activities.
- Implement market development plans and strategies as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in the healthcare or engineering field.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competitive base salary range: $67,000 - $101,000.
- Additional sales bonus and car allowance.
- Opportunities for professional growth and development.
