Your Opportunity

We are seeking an Articling Student to join our Office of the General Counsel for the 2025/2026 articling year. As an Articling Student, you will be part of a dynamic in-house team and undertake a broad range of duties, including:

  • Working in each of the OGC's practice areas, including corporate and commercial, litigation and regulatory, employment, and privacy.
  • Conducting research on a diverse range of legal matters that impact the firm.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as memoranda, contracts, and policies.
  • Staying up-to-date on developments in the law, regulations, and case law.
  • Conducting fact-gathering and exposure analysis for pre-litigation matters.
  • Responding to inquiries and collaborating with legal counsel on a wide range of legal files and issues.
