Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and propel the transformation initiative from quote to cash
  • Formulate a detailed program strategy and timeline
  • Articulate program objectives and milestones to executive leadership
  • Evaluate current quote to cash processes and pinpoint areas for enhancement
  • Craft and execute scalable solutions to optimize workflows
  • Maintain partnerships with vendors and external collaborators
  • Track program development and key performance indicators
  • Recognize potential risks and devise mitigation plans
  • Serve as a subject matter authority on quote to cash methodologies

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with project portfolio management software
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Zuora, and integration technologies
  • Background in program management within a SaaS environment
  • Solid grasp of sales operations and revenue recognition principles
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strategic mindset with a commitment to operational excellence
  • Capability to collaborate with senior business executives

Compensation: $144,000 - $160,000 annually
