Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Alberta Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Manage and distribute mail, packages, and other materials, maintaining a well-organized workspace.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, utilizing calendar management tools.
  • Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information, utilizing data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and maintain a welcoming office environment.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring error-free and professional communication.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment with a 35-hour workweek.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
