About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Harry Rosen. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and associates at our cash desk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to clients and associates at the cash desk
  • Perform daily cash handling functions, including opening and closing registers and processing sales transactions
  • Bag and issue purchased products on behalf of customers
  • Answer store phones and maintain the service desk
  • Update and maintain client information files, including membership in our Club Harry Loyalty program
  • Assist with inter-store transfer processing and e-commerce requests and shipments
  • Assist clients who have purchased online but are picking up products in-store

Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience working in a client-facing role at the service desk, providing exceptional customer service is preferred
  • A strong service orientation and a demonstrated desire to wow our customers
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
  • Demonstrated interest in technology and how to use tech innovations to support the retail customer service function
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
