We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Harry Rosen. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and associates, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to clients, responding to their needs and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process sales transactions, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Bag and tag merchandise, and assist with visual merchandising to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Answer store phones and respond to client inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Maintain the sales floor, including restocking shelves, folding merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Update and maintain client information files, including membership in our loyalty program.
  • Assist with inter-store transfer processing and e-commerce requests and shipments.
  • Assist clients who have purchased online but are picking up products in-store.

Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience working in a client-facing role, providing exceptional customer service.
  • A strong service orientation, with a demonstrated desire to wow our clients.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated interest in technology and how to use tech innovations to support the retail customer service function.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to calmly and efficiently manage a long line of clients waiting for service.
