Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level administrative support to the Portfolio Manager and Senior Client Service Associate, including processing paperwork, entering data on electronic platforms, and preparing client files for meetings.
- Assist with the processing of business transactions, using dealer-provided systems, and follow up on transactions and transfers.
- Liaise with clients, handle phone calls and emails, and respond to requests for information.
- Prepare professional correspondence and reports, documents, and files.
- Calendar management and scheduling meetings.
- Execute trade orders under the supervision of the Portfolio Manager or Senior Client Service Associate.
- Maintain the client database and pull reports from the system.
- Develop marketing initiatives to support the growth of our wealth management business.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in wealth management, banking, or financial services.
- Knowledge of investment products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and take initiatives.
- Ability to work independently and effectively with other employees and clients at all levels.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including good working knowledge of MS Office programs.
- Experience with Dataphile and DocuSign an asset.
