Restaurant Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Kenora Pizza LTD. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of food service staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Oversee the preparation and presentation of food, ensuring that it meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and materials to meet customer demand.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and labor costs, to help inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring the ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
