Oversee project teams through a variety of dynamic, transformative, and large-scale initiatives from the initial stages of conceptual planning to detailed design, construction, and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that projects are executed in alignment with our established Project Delivery Framework.
  • Lead project teams and manage projects to adhere to the approved scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Develop project plans, generate forecasts, and assess project schedules and budgets for performance and accuracy throughout all project phases.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with all stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver Project Performance Reports to both Internal and External Stakeholders.
  • Review and monitor all contracts, invoices, and payments to contractors, consultants, and equipment vendors.
  • Establish and implement effective risk and change management processes.
  • Evaluate, advise on, and assist in resolving any disputes or claims that may arise.
  • Implement risk and change management strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Project Management.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Capable of engaging in business development activities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally.
  • Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
  • A collaborative team player with experience in building, leading, and managing project teams.
  • Technical expertise in heavy industrial process market sectors (such as pulp, paper, packaging, tissue, building products, food and beverage, oil & gas, and thermal generation).
  • PMP certification is preferred.
Education and Experience
  • 20 years of project management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Business, or related fields.
  • Experience managing at least five consulting projects with minimum consulting fees of $1M.

The typical work environment involves office tasks with computer usage and prolonged periods of sitting. Fieldwork may involve exposure to various weather conditions.
