About the Role

As a Dealer Principal/Managing Partner, you'll be responsible for leading our dealership's sales, service, and operations teams. You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales and service team
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
  • Manage dealership operations, including inventory, finance, and human resources

Requirements
