Key Responsibilities
  • Support manufacturing and general operations in a clean room environment
  • Perform line clearance and manufacturing clean-up operations
  • Participate in equipment installation, operation, and qualification
  • Contribute to process validation, problem-solving, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Operate production processes, including formulation, milling, and sterilization
  • Perform equipment calibration, maintenance, and documentation
  • Develop and maintain SOPs and manufacturing documentation
  • Manage inventory, including ordering, stock control, and labeling
  • Communicate with suppliers and perform troubleshooting
  • Coordinate manufacturing set-up projects with other departments
Requirements
  • Three-year college diploma in a scientific field and 1-year work experience in a GMP/GLP or ISO compliant environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience working in a clean room environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ of manufacturing and/or laboratory equipment
  • Experience with calibration systems setup and equipment calibration
  • Inventory management systems setup and management
  • SOP writing experience
