About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Carl's Jr. as a Head Cook. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and preferences of our customers, while also ensuring that our food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Team Leadership

Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to prepare and serve our menu items.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels and ensure that we have the necessary supplies and equipment to meet customer demand.

Quality Control

Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Customer Service

Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that our customers receive their food in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role

Work Environment

Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
