Production Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at KP Building Products. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards, and meeting production targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
- Establish and implement methods to meet production schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments.
- Prepare and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Train and develop production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
- Knowledge of MS Office and computer-aided design (CAD) software.
The successful candidate will work in a noisy manufacturing environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The position requires manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to lift heavy loads.
