Job Summary:

The Sr. Analyst, Food and Beverages Procurement, TH, US&C will play a critical role in developing procurement strategies, leading contractual conversations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, new product launches, and restaurant profitability.

The position will work closely with R&D, Innovation, Marketing, Operations, QA, and Supply Chain teams to support the Tim Hortons Brand in North America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives, including contingencies to mitigate risks.
  • Negotiate and execute RFPs, lead contractual conversations, and drive cost savings initiatives to improve EBITDA and restaurant profitability.
  • Research, analyze, and interpret data and market trends to inform sourcing and negotiation strategies, as well as create cost models to manage costs within the category.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings as the procurement lead, making sourcing recommendations and highlighting supply risks to enable the innovation pipeline of hundreds of SKUs annually.
  • Assess and manage supplier relationships to deliver key metrics such as service level, quality, innovation, and strong commercial relationships, acting as the main point of contact with vendors when issues need to be resolved.
  • Support new vendor and SKU onboarding, as well as quarterly cost management in the RBI system.
  • Drive process improvement within the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or Engineering preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related function.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as stakeholder management skills.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, including researching, analyzing, and interpreting data.
  • Advanced level in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Sourcing skills, including RFP, negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
