Your Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Operator to join our team. As a Facility Operator, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day safe and customer service-oriented operations of our waste treatment, oil treatment, and water injection facilities. You'll work closely with our customers and team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain our waste treatment, oil treatment, and water injection facilities in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Assist with standard operating procedures, hazard assessments, safety programs, and environmental protection.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of operational experience in waste processing and oil treating or water injection.
  • Midstream terminal operations experience is considered a strong asset.
  • Specialty training in boilers, treaters, pumps, repairs, shaker/centrifuge, and loader is considered an asset.
  • Proven ability to demonstrate strong methods regarding all processes in the plant, including safety operations, oil treating and blending, waste processing, and water disposal.
  • Current and valid safety tickets, including H2S Alive, First Aid Level One C, Confined Space Entry, WHIMS, and TDG.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work long hours in a mentally and physically demanding work environment.
