Your Opportunity
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Operator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities, including waste treatment, oil treatment, and water injection.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain facility equipment, including waste treatment systems, oil treatment systems, and water injection systems.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Monitor and control facility processes, including waste processing, oil treating, and water disposal.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and safety.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in waste processing, oil treating, or water injection operations.
- Proven track record of ensuring safe and efficient operations, with a strong focus on compliance and customer service.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and ability to work at heights.
