Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Director to join our team at Recooty. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and managing the customer journey, developing and executing programs to drive customer acquisition and retention, and ensuring that our marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.

Key Performance Indicators
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives customer growth and revenue
  • Manage and optimize the customer journey to ensure a seamless and engaging experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators to inform marketing decisions and optimize results
Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, with a focus on customer acquisition and retention
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including social media, email, and paid advertising
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and data analytics tools
