Job Title: Associate Director of Digital Marketing

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing? Do you have a proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies? We are seeking an Associate Director of Digital Marketing to join our team at Isarta, a leading hospitality and development company in Atlantic Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for multiple restaurant and hospitality brands.
  • Analyze and interpret data to make informed recommendations and adjustments to social media strategies.
  • Oversee and coordinate social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Own each unique brand, understanding audiences, tone, and unique goals.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in social media management.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram, and their respective best practices.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics and data.
  • Experience in organizing and managing photo and video shoots.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours for special events and occasions.
