Ghumaan Construction Limited is seeking a dedicated and skilled Framing Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in carpentry and demonstrate a commitment to quality workmanship.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in carpentry
Work Environment

Work Setting

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare labor and material cost estimates
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to ascertain work requirements
  • Create layouts in compliance with building regulations using measuring instruments
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials including wood and lightweight steel
  • Construct foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect wall and roof systems
  • Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, moldings, and hardware
  • Coordinate and schedule work on-site
  • Provide instruction to apprentices
  • Supervise fellow workers
