Human Resources Business Partner, Labour Relations Specialist

Bombardier is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner, Labour Relations to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the business and ensuring the effective management of labour relations.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement strategic HR plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage and resolve complex employee and labour relations issues, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct thorough investigations and provide expert advice on labour relations matters.
- Develop and implement policies, processes, and initiatives to support the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needs.
- Provide HRBP support, advice, and counsel to directors and their direct reports.
- Collaborate with management to communicate departmental objectives, develop, and implement policies and initiatives.
- Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, processes, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needs.
- At least ten (10) years of professional and progressive experience managing multiple functions within HR within a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proven experience working in a labour environment with a union-represented employee population.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders, using persuasive communication and negotiation skills to influence decision-making processes and outcomes.
- Ability to lead and inspire change within the organization, ensuring that changes are well-received and effectively implemented.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Highly organized and able to translate data into actionable insights, strategies, and sound HR business-related decisions.
- Strategic thinker and good listener who works well under pressure and prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines.
