With a solid understanding of the user experience we aim to create and the resources required to achieve it, you will determine the best strategies to align our goals with our capabilities.

Construct the project's organizational framework to maximize team strengths. Anticipate and address risks and challenges, implementing strategies to mitigate them. Foster communication pathways to enhance collaboration among colleagues, co-development studios, and both internal and external partners. Track progress and coordinate with associate producers and production managers to maintain project momentum. Evaluate successes and areas for improvement, seeking opportunities to refine our methodologies and practices. Create and sustain a positive work atmosphere and support the growth of the production team.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in production management within the video game sector (or related fields). Extensive knowledge of development processes and interdependencies, along with familiarity with various project management methodologies. A degree in Project Management or Business Administration (or equivalent training). A creative mindset that inspires you to explore innovative approaches.
