About the Role

We're seeking a talented and energetic individual to join our Digital Technology team in Auckland, on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a Technology Support Analyst – Process Automation, you'll work closely with our Technology Specialist - Process Automation to deliver day-to-day process automation transformation to digital workflows and RPA solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive identification of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data.
  • Collect process details and work with the team to automate the process and manage end-to-end change and support of the new processes.
  • Act as the change manager for all automation delivery.
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support for all Sime Darby process automation.
  • Support and deliver automation process rollout.
  • Document all Process Development and create Training Manuals.
  • Assist with the development of standards and apply these to track, monitor, report, resolve or escalate issues.
  • Contribute to the creation of support documentation.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business, or equivalent.
  • Relevant working experience in the respective technology domain.
  • Well-versed with design flow, business process mapping, and data analysis for online/offline customer and marketing data.
  • Practical knowledge in business analysis concepts and techniques.
  • Experience in KUBE workflow will be preferred (Training can be provided).
  • Background in Technology Customer Support functions or Software Development.
  • Knowledge of ITIL and Project Management and Change Management concepts.
  • Working experience in supporting ERP, CRM, DMS systems (preferred).
  • Background in business process design, ERP, CRM, DMS implementations with good analytical skills (preferred).
  • Good time management skills and a proven ability to see projects through to completion are required.
