Project Coordinator Assistant

Colliers Project Leaders is seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Project Manager to join our team in Yellowknife, NT. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting project delivery and contributing to the success of our clients.
Responsibilities- Support project managers in the delivery of projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate and manage project documentation, including reports and presentations.
- Provide administrative support to project managers, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
- Diploma or certification in a related field, such as engineering or construction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
