About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Leader to join our team at D2L. As an Agile Coach and Change Agent, you will play a key role in driving our company's Agile transformation and helping our teams adopt Agile practices and methods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to Agile teams and stakeholders
  • Implement and improve Agile processes across the organization, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven environment
  • Guide and coach teams on how to scale Agile practices and values while meeting delivery commitments
  • Assess Agile maturity of the organization and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Expertly utilize productivity tools like Jira, Confluence, and Aha to drive program visibility and data-informed decision making
  • Actively contribute to the company's Agile community through leading an internal Agile Community of Practice
  • Act as a mentor to teams and stakeholders on emerging Agile and Lean practices
  • Support change management and the needs of a large product organization to shift to new ways of working and implement agility in project delivery processes
Requirements
  • 8+ years of directly related work experience in a fast-paced, global, high-growth SaaS technology market
  • 8+ years of successful track record of leading Agile transformations and working with cross-functional teams to deliver complex, corporate-wide programs and projects
  • Proven experience defining, implementing, and iterating portfolio, program, and project management practices and processes within a fast-growing technology company
  • Agile, Project Management, and/or Change Management certification(s) a strong plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
