Job Title: Home Support Worker

Narinder Singh is seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to help alleviate feelings of loneliness.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals to support clients' dietary needs.
  • Accompany clients on outings and provide transportation as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Reliability and punctuality to ensure consistent care and support.
  • Patience and understanding to work with clients with diverse needs and abilities.
