Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in servicing and repairing Agricultural machinery or related equipment.
  • Proficient in laptop diagnostics, hydraulic systems, and mechanical repairs.
  • Capable of thriving in a busy and ever-evolving work setting.
  • Able to collaborate effectively within a team and also work independently.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate business demands, with ample opportunities for overtime throughout the year.
  • Possession of a full UK Driving Licence.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct repairs and maintenance on Agricultural machinery and equipment.
  • Perform pre-delivery inspections on machinery and equipment.
  • Participate in ongoing technical training sessions provided by various manufacturers.
  • Collaborate with a large team and assist fellow staff members.
