Academic Geriatrician Clinician in Quality and Innovation Position

We are seeking a qualified academic geriatrician to fill a clinical academic position in geriatric medicine. The successful candidate will be eligible for a full-time clinical academic appointment at the rank of Assistant, Associate or Full Professor.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical care to patients in geriatric medicine
- Conduct research and quality improvement initiatives in geriatric medicine
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in geriatric medicine
- Develop and implement quality and innovation initiatives in geriatric medicine
- MD degree
- Certification in Geriatric Medicine by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada
- Licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario
- Demonstrated clinical excellence in geriatric medicine
- Academic interest in quality and innovation
- Estimated remuneration in the range of $389,000
- Eligibility for membership in the Sunnybrook Department of Medicine Association practice plan
- Participation in the department's group medical, dental and life insurance benefit plans
