Purchasing Administrator Role

Vuteq Canada Inc. is a leading provider of sales and engineering services, representing Vuteq and Diversity Vuteq manufacturing groups throughout North America. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and services to our customers, and we are seeking a skilled Purchasing Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Purchasing Coordinators in ensuring all required documentation is up-to-date and maintained.
  • Assist with cost control activities and provide data analysis as needed.
  • Prepare graphs or charts of data for analysis and enter data into computer systems.
  • Document management: create and update VTCA purchasing documents.
  • Support communication internally with other departments and externally with suppliers.

Requirements

  • Successful completion of OSSD or equivalent.
  • 6-12 months production experience.
  • Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication/interpersonal skills, maintain professional customer relations.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Valid driver's license.
